Pesto Toscano: Olive oil 62%, concentrated basil 25%, CASHEWS, salt, WHEY, corn starch, wine vinegar, garlic, fructose, MATURE CHEESES and PARMESAN REGGIANO (MILK, salt, rennet), pine nuts. Acidity regulator: citric acid E330, lactic acid E270, for 100 gr of pesto 62gr of fresh basil.
Pasta: non-GMO Durum wheat semolina, 30% eggs, water.
Olive Oil: 100% Tuscan-grown and pressed olive oil.
Salt Tablets: 100% pure Mediterranean sea salt.
