These tasty and flavorful Plerotus Ostreatus mushrooms are grown and controlled in our Tuscan producers’ greenhouses, then harvested and immediately processed in their kitchens with simplicity, care, and attention. They are then preserved in jars filled with 100% Tuscan extra virgin olive oil.
